Spring: surrender to a flow of oneness

The Southern Hemisphere rolls into a new season: a season that ushers in vitality, a season that brings in purity, a season that delivers clarity.  In winter, we were all given a chance to moan, to cry, to blame someone, to mourn and to die a little….and that season is over!

As Spring steps forward, it ushers in a sense of freshness that is invigorating.  So, let us pull ourselves together and adopt a positive perspective, let us give ourselves; and each other a chance to experience some goodness.  Let us brace ourselves to this wonderful gift.
I do realize that to some of us, this may not be simple but remember that we truly owe it to ourselves to make an effort, to respond to nature in a positive and optimistic manner.
So here are a few effortless things that may help you:
·         watch the sun rise
·         touch a soft grass
·         smell the freshness of water
·         hum along to a beautiful song
·         create a new vision, a vision of hope
And before you know it, you will be feeling amazingly bold, bright and bubbly.
Go ahead, be the light that is needed all around.  Smile wholeheartedly as you walk into the freshness that is incredibly pure and blessing.  Bounce back into the positive energy that is given to us free of charge.  Watch the wind blow, wink to someone you love, offer a smile to a stranger, embrace a soft hand, tap a shoulder as
you hold your head up high with the humbleness that is disarmingly pleasing.
Kindly join in to this great unison.  Flowers are blooming, trees are waving and the birds are chirping – they are all a part of this divine, harmonious union worth celebrating. Let the positive energy freely flow along as we allow it to move softly and gently to everyone and everything.
Compliments of the new season.  Let us gently surrender to this lively spell as we anticipate nothing but the best.

Talk about a fresh vibe, how free this is . . . !
