By the end of the
retreat, I’m vibrating great energy, positivity and I’m glowing (even if I have to say so myself)! I’m starting to attract wonderful people, great opportunities and beautiful “things”.

have fallen in love with the colour orange:

- an orange scarf (a gift from Atma) is wrapped around my head
- there’s an orange highlighter in my bag

just eaten an orange an hour ago
Wherever
I look, there’s something orange: a radiant sunset, juicy carrots or some lovely marigolds.
