Machebe is not afraid of exploring new environments.&nbsp; Actually, she is one person who truly takes it in her stride whenever she is thrown a curve ball.<\/span><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;, &quot;sans-serif&quot;; She also played a key role in getting positive publicity for the DBSA\u2019s Knowledge Management conference in Kenya in 2007.<\/span><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;, &quot;sans-serif&quot;; In 2008, she was nominated a member of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wkg.co.za\/wk-foundation.html\"><span style=\"color: windowtext; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;\">WKG Foundation<\/span><\/a>, <\/span><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;, &quot;sans-serif&quot;; font-size: 10pt;\">a Section 21 not-for-profit Company, whose aim is to provide financial assistance to Previously Disadvantaged Individuals (PDIs) by providing access to knowledge and skills through either formal studies or mentorship programmes often coupled with well-needed work experience.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"border-bottom: medium none; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;\">Blackmagic Communications<\/span><\/a> (BMC) in 2009 was a significant milestone as it gave her the opportunity to gain further Management experience.&nbsp; This period exposed her to the complex yet nurturing environment of leading a team of diverse and experienced individuals. During her tenure at BMC, Machebe mastered the art of multitasking.
