\n<\/o:p><\/span>As Spring steps forward, it ushers in a sense of freshness that is invigorating.  <\/span><\/span>So, let us pull ourselves together and adopt a positive perspective, let us give ourselves; and each other a chance to experience some goodness.  Let us brace ourselves to this wonderful gift.<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n
\nI do realize that to some of us, this may not be simple but remember that we truly owe it to ourselves to make an effort, to respond to nature in a positive and optimistic manner.<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n
\nSo here are a few effortless things that may help you:<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n
\n\u00b7         <\/span>watch the sun rise<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n
\n\u00b7         <\/span>touch a soft grass<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n
\n\u00b7         <\/span>smell the freshness of water<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n
\n\u00b7         <\/span>hum along to a beautiful song<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n
\n\u00b7         <\/span>create a new vision, a vision of hope <\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n
\nAnd before you know it, you will be feeling amazingly bold, bright and bubbly.  <\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n
\nGo ahead, be the light that is needed all around.  <\/span>Smile wholeheartedly as you walk into the freshness that is incredibly pure and blessing.  <\/span>Bounce back into the positive energy that is given to us free of charge.  <\/span>Watch the wind blow, wink to someone you love, offer a smile to a stranger, embrace a soft hand, tap a shoulder as<\/span>
\nyou h<\/span>old your head up high with the humbleness that is disarmingly pleasing.<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n
\nKindly join in to this great unison.  Flowers are blooming, trees are waving and the birds are chirping – they are all a part of this divine, harmonious union worth celebrating.
